If only the Lowell Spinners were still around because this is the first time in years that all of Boston's minor league teams are doing well. Usually there are one or two that are borderline last place but this year all four teams are in good shape. Sox GM Chaim Bloom rebuilt the farm system in just one year but he still has more work to do. The upcoming draft is on July 11th and he's got the 4th overall pick. Maybe not this season or next season but this will be an important piece of the puzzle in a few years if this is done right. The Sox are back in action tomorrow night against the Kansas City Royals. Nick Pivetta (6-2, 4.28 ERA) takes the mound against Captain TBD of the Royals at 8:05 PM Eastern time at Kauffman Stadium.
